June 23, 2024

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log into your Webflow account and navigate to the project where you want to add products. Click on the project to open the Webflow Designer.

Step 2: Go to Ecommerce Settings
In the Webflow Designer, locate the left sidebar and click on the Ecommerce icon, resembling a shopping bag. This will take you to the Ecommerce settings to manage your product catalog.

Step 3: Add New Product
Find the Products tab where you will see a list of existing products. To add a new product, click the Add Product button, usually located at the top right of the screen.

Step 4: Select Product Type
When you click the Add Product button, you'll need to choose a product type. Options include physical products, digital products, and subscriptions. Select the one that fits your needs.

Step 5: Fill Out Product Information
Enter the product name clearly describing what it is. Provide a detailed description, highlighting unique features and benefits. Upload high-quality product images by clicking on the image field and selecting files. Set the product price, including standard and sale prices if applicable.

Step 6: Configure Additional Settings
Enter a SKU to track inventory if needed. If the product is physical, specify the available quantity for inventory tracking. For different sizes, colors, or styles, add variants. Fill in shipping information, including weight and dimensions if necessary. Enhance visibility with relevant SEO keywords.

Step 7: Set Up Product Categories
To make it easier for customers to find products, assign categories in the product settings. Create new categories if they don't already exist.

Step 8: Preview Your Product
Use the Preview button on the top toolbar to see how the product listing appears on your site, allowing for final adjustments.

Step 9: Publish the Product
When satisfied, click Save, then Publish to make the product live, or save as a draft if you need more time.

Step 10: Confirm Product Visibility
Ensure the product is visible on your live site by navigating to your online store webpage, checking that it appears in the correct category and can be added to the cart.

By following these steps, you can efficiently add products to your Webflow Ecommerce store and provide a compelling shopping experience for your customers.
